MEMORIAL WALK BRICKS - St Mary's Basilica Geelong
If you would like to purchase an engraved tile brick, please click on the Order Form and fill out your details. The Bricks are laid onsite at the Basilica of St Mary of the Angels. 150 Yarra St Geelong. They line the edging of the pathway in and around the Basilica. A lasting memory and tribute to family members and loved ones.
Bulletins, Daily Reflection Booklets and Weekday Mass Booklets are available on this website. Click on the links set in the word text - or use the drop-downs listed across the top of our home page ("Bulletins" & "Parish Information and Resources").
Some printed copies of each are also available outside the front door of the Parish Office and in the Basilica Narthex entrance.
There are no longer vaccination requirements at Places of Worship, nor any requirement for organisers to check vaccination status for attendees, workers or volunteers at Places of Worship and for associated Parish activities.
WEARING A MASK We encourage you - for health and safety reasons, and to protect yourself and others in the community - to continue wearing a mask whilst attending Mass or visiting the Basilica, especially if you are feeling unwell. We ask that you continue keeping in mind social distancing where possible, clean your hands using soap and water regularly, and use the sanitiser provided. (If you are feeling unwell with symptoms, please wear a mask, or stay home that day, rather than attend Mass.)
The Piety Gift Stall: OPEN Tuesdays to Fridays 10.30 am to 1.00 pm; Sunday 10.30 am to 12.15 pm.
Cafe Light will next be open on May 19 from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.
The Plaza Theatre - Effective immediately, the Plaza Theatre will be closed to external groups, for the following reasons:
· Noncompliance with current fire safety standards
The closure also applies to the movies traditionally screened after Café Light.
